Paula provides RipeLocker with Sales and Business Development services in LATAM. She is an Agricultural Engineer from the University of Concepción in Chile, with focused studies in Agricultural Management. Her postgraduate studies were in Agricultural Sciences at the Universidad Austral de Chile and Postharvest Management of Fruits at Wageningen University.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our RipeLocker team. She has worked in different fruit nurseries and genetic improvement programs of various species at Fresh Fruit Exporters and has held various positions in Quality Control and Postharvest Management in LATAM, USA, Europe, and Asia on blueberries for Driscoll's and Hortifrut.

Paula is the owner of MyBlueProject, a postharvest quality control consulting firm that collaborates with established companies and start-ups that provide new technologies for the agricultural industry in LATAM and the USA. Also, her passion for wine has led her to partner in Chasconas Espumante, a sparkling wine venture in South America. Paula lives in Chile. She loves spending time with her family, growing vegetables in her greenhouse, feeding her chickens, taking bike rides in the countryside, playing sports, and cooking. Her favorite fruit is blueberry.
